Keto no-noodle chicken cabbage soup

Ingredients
- 4 oz butter
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 8 cups of chicken broth
- 2 oz (7 tbsp) of carrots, sliced
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
- 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 5 oz of green cabbage, sliced into strips
Instructions
- Melt butter in large pot, over medium heat.
- Add dried onion, chopped celery, sliced mushrooms, and garlic into pot and cook. ~3-4 minutes
- Add chicken broth, sliced carrots, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked chicken and cabbage. Simmer for additional 8-12 minutes until cabbage is tender.
